We were asked to review extensive document management processes for a major financial services provider, looking at consolidating its approach and driving down costs. During the review, our project managers conducted a study of a number of departmental roles and analysed existing print processes for marketing and operational material. From these analyses we identified opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in excess of £1.5m over 12 months.

We worked closely with the client’s employees during the review and their support and cooperation helped us to complete the exercise with a 30% saving on budget.
