Our suppliers are audited to ensure that we can apply our responsible approach to business throughout our supply chain and work with suppliers that mirror our values. Our suppliers are audited regularly to ensure that they reach our required quality and environmental standards.

We can also manage the relationship with our clients – from creative agencies to software vendors – and we often take on these relationships as part of a new contract. Our clients also have the opportunity to help us to select suppliers to deliver their contract, minimising the risk of transition and maintaining existing partnerships.

Our suppliers are regulary assessed and benchmarked so that we deliver a consistently excellent service. This also enables us to identify the better performers, which ensures a continually improving standard for other suppliers to achieve. We provide the best possible quality level and suppliers are incentivised to attain and maintain high levels of performance.

We consistently strive to save our clients money and maintain competitive market rates by regularly benchmarking our supply chain. We do this by:

• Establishing fixed price calculators so we can deliver agreed savings which can be tracked easily by our clients.
• Undertaking e-auctions for larger value activity.
  
• Evaluating suppliers regularly to get best value out of the supply chain.
• Taking advantage of new technology and process improvements to improve the efficiency.

We are committed to operating an ethical supply chain. We do not accept retrospective rebates, discounts or hidden financial inducements, such as ‘pay to play’ fees, so you can trust us to manage your supply chain responsibly.
